  4. Generate high-quality, persuasive, and compelling sales materials which deliver our key messaging.
  5. Support the RFP Management team by leading back office tasks and ad hoc bid practices.
  6. Write compelling content and create dynamic visuals via the design and layout of documents.
  7. Take full responsibility for bids, including planning the bid and coordinating the written response documentation.
  8. Attend pre and post submission presentations/meetings.
  9. Review, improve, and update bid documentation regularly to meet the current needs of the business.
  10. Maintain a portfolio of standardized documentation, such as Bid and Content libraries which can be used when compiling written material, and proofread and edit these documents.
  11. Assist in the management and oversight of bid coordinators and bid assistants.
  12. Collaborate with and manage internal stakeholders and partners, including commercial, marketing, design, technical, product, and functional teams.

Desired Skills and Experience

  1. 5+ years relevant experience in end-to-end bid management.
  2. Proven track record of leading bids within the payments industry or within a competitive tendering environment.
  3. Familiarity with reading and understanding requirements from high-level RFPs/RFIs/EOIs.
  4. Expert stakeholder management, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate, collaborate, and influence effectively.
  5. Very strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to write clearly for an international audience; an excellent eye for detail.

Benefits
