Senior Beauty Therapist

A luxury French beauty brand is on the hunt for a dedicated Beauty Therapist to be based in London. If successful, you will be required to attend a compulsory 4-week training in Paris in September.

The role

As a Beauty Therapist, you are a brand ambassador and will be responsible for achieving your sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing a personalised luxury service to customers. Your key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Performing beauty treatments on clients, recommending products and explaining their benefits.
• Educating clients about the company's products and services, including loyalty programmes and hair care.
• Selling products and exceeding sales targets.
• Performing makeovers and hair styling services.
• Building relationships with clients and recruiting new ones.
• Assisting with events and taking care of VIP customers.
• Maintaining the boutique, including cleaning and scheduling appointments.
• Completing administrative tasks such as reporting and managing inventory.
• Using software systems to manage customer data and sales.

How you’ll dazzle us

Our ideal candidate for this position holds a Level 3 NVQ (equivalent) or higher and is a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for the beauty industry. You should have strong sales skills and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service. A background in beauty retail is a plus, with additional experience in hair care a further advantage. You'll be eager to learn new product knowledge and techniques, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential. Most importantly, you possess a confident and engaging personality that allows you to connect with customers and promote products effectively, while maintaining a professional and elegant appearance.
