Senior AV Technician

IN2-AV is excited to be partnering with an innovative technology firm, renowned for its audio-visual (AV) and unified communication solutions. They are currently seeking an experienced AV Technician to enhance their dynamic team. This position entails providing premium support at a leading client site, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration within a prestigious corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Offering extensive AV and video conferencing (VC) support, ranging from significant conference events to everyday client room assistance.
• Conducting daily functionality assessments of essential AV spaces.
• Overseeing event support, including pre-event testing and live event management.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting AV/VC system issues.
• Documenting and effectively communicating technical problems.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in computer technology and networking.
• Experience with collaboration platforms and video conferencing equipment (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Polycom).
• A commitment to continuous learning, with a keen interest in training and certifications.
• Excellent communication skills, both technical and interpersonal.
• Proven ability to thrive under pressure with strong organisational skills.
