The Role:
To play a lead role throughout the preparation, maintenance and operation of audio, video and lighting equipment throughout corporate events and private parties.
Key duties include:
Testing and preparing equipment in the warehouse ensuring all AV hardware is show ready and functional.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians in the warehouse and on site.
Act as the point of contact for clients when on site.
Rigging sound, lighting and video equipment ahead of each event.
Operation of AV consoles during events such as sound desks, lighting consoles and vision mixers.
Building and configuration of LED video walls.
Fault finding and troubleshooting any issues quickly and effectively.
Occasional delivery of equipment to site.
Remaining presentable at all times and acting as a point of contact for clients throughout events.
Shutdown and pack away equipment after each event.
Required skills and attributes:
3+ years’ experience within an AV technician role with a good all round knowledge of multiple disciplines ie, audio, video, lighting.
A willingness to work extended hours and weekends where required.
Experience working within corporate events would be highly beneficial.
Full UK Driving Licence

Package details:
A salary ranging between £35K- £40K depending on experience
