Living / Residential Fund & Long-Income Fund

An established real estate investment management firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate/Vice President to support the portfolio management of UK equity real estate investments. The role focuses on residential and long-income assets across multiple funds, with a combined AUM of c.£2bn. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic and collaborative environment, reporting to the Executive Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day portfolio management of UK residential and long-income real estate funds and separate accounts, including:
  • Cash management (subscriptions, redemptions, drawdowns)
  • Valuations & risk assessment
  • Investor reporting and fund strategy development
  • Capital raising and investor presentations
  • Collaborate with transactions, fund operations, and asset management teams, as well as external consultants, to drive fund performance.
  • Opportunity for hands-on involvement in selected real estate transactions.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree educated with a relevant professional qualification.
  • Relevant real estate experience ideally in fund or portfolio management.
  • Strong knowledge of residential and long-income sectors - Essential
  • Experience in acquisition and disposal of residential & commercial assets.
  • Numerate, detail-oriented, and proficient in managing client and internal reporting. Financial modelling experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Understanding of FCA regulations related to the role, with a commitment to high professional and ethical standards.
