Senior Associate Scientist

We are seeking a highly motivated Analytical Development Associate to support HPLC method development within the Analytical Development team. This role will focus on developing, improving, and qualifying analytical assays while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HPLC techniques, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize HPLC methods for purity and impurity analysis.
• Improve and qualify existing analytical assays to enhance laboratory efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and refine experimental designs to ensure accurate and reliable results.
• Maintain compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive technical initiatives within the Analytical Development team.
• Document and communicate findings effectively through reports and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
• 1-3 years experience with HPLC and Assays.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC techniques and analytical chemistry.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in an experimental setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
