Job description

This is a great senior opportunity at a successful legal firm where you will join an established team of four with assistants. You will manage your own caseload of litigious matters, negotiate settlement where possible and support your clients through complex disputes and court hearings when required.

The work is a mix of commercial and civil matters with a current emphasis on a variety of residential and commercial property litigation. Working with clients, you will be someone interested to understand the issues and advise your clients on the process and likely outcome of their disputes. Key will be your ability to negotiate settlement and consider commercial fee earning potential, to provide the best solution for your clients.

This is a leadership role within the firm, which is Lexcel accredited and you will have an influential impact on the team, using your experience to develop and grow the team financially and work on a diverse and more complex caseload.

With superb marketing capabilities, the work will be all matters across the UK and this is a firm that has 'home grown' talent, as they develop trainees with emphasis on retention and development.
