My client, a specialist search firm based in Central London, is looking for an Executive search professional to join their Technology and Digital practice as a Senior Associate.

Working within a candidate-centric, executive search environment, this generalist role is fundamentally key to the execution of senior Tech & Digital leadership positions across Financial Services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with a consultant on briefs, long listing, headhunting, screening, interviewing, shortlist presentation, and managing interview processes
  • Attending pitch meetings, client briefings and shortlist presentations
  • Market mapping projects, salary/experience benchmarking exercises, writing market insight reports

You will have the opportunity to work closely with established Financial Services organisations as well as start-up FinTech firms with a worldwide reach. You’ll play an integral part in the delivery of Board & C-level roles.

You will be a motivated and confident self-starter and with at least three years of experience working in a retained environment.

In return, you will work with industry leaders in an organisation that can provide you with an outstanding opportunity to work with established, high billing partners. You'll be in meetings with clients and interviewing candidates from day one and be given significant responsibility to aid in the completion of mandates.
