We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to solve complex problems, drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions to market. As a pivotal member of our scrum team, you’ll lead capability discovery, define features, and execute on a roadmap to meet our business goals. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on a technical product, a strategic thinker, curious, with a proven track record in product management, and a passion for product execution.

How will you make an impact in this role?

As a Senior Associate Digital Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and management of product activities from initial definition and planning through to release. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap by partnering closely with SMEs, other product people and the scrum team. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality features on time and driving the discovery and execution of capabilities to meet our Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5 years of experience in Software Product Management as a product manager.
  2. University Degree required or comparable experience in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  3. Demonstrated experience delivering technical products, preferably in finance or accounts receivable.
  4. Experience in capability discovery, feature definition, and roadmap execution.
  5. Solid understanding of BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) practices and ability to write acceptance criteria.
  6. Track record of delivering high-quality features that align with business goals.
  7. Problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  8. Quick learner and driven to learn new functionality.
  9. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  10. Ability to manage scope against team capacity and priorities and complete tasks.
  11. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience working with scrum teams to deliver technical products, ideally in finance or accounts receivable.
  2. Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  3. Demonstrated ability to write detailed user stories with BDD acceptance criteria.
  4. Attention to detail to ensure feature quality, clear documentation, and smooth execution.
  5. Quick learner with a proactive mindset to understand new domains and technologies.
  6. Adept at decomposing complex information into clear, actionable deliverables.
