This well-established construction consultancy firm is looking for an experienced Senior/Associate Commercial Project Manager to join their expanding team in their London office. You will lead your team to deliver major data centre projects and other projects such as multi-million-pound projects across the entertainment sector across Europe. Key responsibilities for the Senior/Associate Project Manager:

1. Leading the bid preparation stage of multi-disciplinary projects.
2. Managing all the commercial elements of complex high-value projects involving different internal and external international teams.
3. Ensuring project delivery to the agreed scope, budget, and programme. Anticipating and taking proactive action to highlight and mitigate risks.
4. Delivering projects at the target profit. Tracking and reporting on projects' financial KPIs and implementing strategies to improve financial performance.
5. Reviewing, negotiating, and managing bespoke Client contracts.
6. Procuring and managing contracts of an international supply chain and ensuring contractual and quality compliance.
7. Anticipating and proactively managing multiple stakeholders' needs and leading on conflict resolution.
8. Managing Client relationships and contributing to business development.
9. Supporting the development and mentoring of other members of the team.

To be successful in this role you will have:

1. Qualifications/Experience: Strong educational background in engineering or business.
2. Significant experience as a Commercial Project Manager in the design and construction of infrastructure projects. Experience in the delivery of Mission Critical facilities would be beneficial.
3. A project management qualification would be ideal.
4. Experience in managing projects on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
5. Solid understanding of financial metrics and contractual terms.
6. Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
7. Proficiency in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Proven experience in project scheduling using Primavera P6 or similar software would be desirable.
8. Proven ability to solve problems creatively and resolve conflict.
9. Ability to take initiative, manage conflicting priorities, and adapt to change.
10. Excellent Client-facing and internal communication skills.
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
