Location: Hybrid: Remote with 1 to 2 days per week in our Bristol Offices

As the largest residential landlord in the city, the Housing and Landlord Services Team has a key role in ensuring our existing and new homes are safe, secure, affordable, and sustainable.
We are looking for an Investment Planning Manager to work with us for a 6-month period while we seek to fill the role on a permanent basis. If you are interested, this opportunity could lead to a permanent position shaping and managing a +£100m annual budget.
What will I be doing?
The Investment Planning Manager will be responsible for delivering the following:
You will be part of the Asset Strategy Team, whose responsibilities range from establishing the 30-year housing investment plan worth billions, to identifying the properties to receive new kitchens and bathrooms in the next 12 months. The team is diverse in its experience and capability and operates in a way that aligns with Bristol City Council culture and behavioural requirements:
