Salary: £35,000-47,000 dependent on experience

I am seeking a driven Senior Architectural Technologist to join a creative RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice with a rich history of specialist expertise across several sectors including commercial, education, and healthcare. Their dedicated team is spread across 5 UK-based offices and is committed to delivering cutting-edge, award-winning designs. This well-established practice is keen to continue their success and has several exciting retail projects in the pipeline.

Responsibilities and Requirements for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

1. Member of CIAT / already Chartered
2. HND/ HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
3. Extensive post-qualification experience in a UK-based architectural or interior design practice
4. Proficient in Revit
5. Experience on Retail projects
6. Job running experience
7. Excellent technical drawings and detailing
8. Strong understanding of current building regulations and planning applications
9. Excellent communication and presentation skills
10. Manage a small team
11. Keen to contribute to the continuing success and growth of the practice
12. Live locally to Nottingham

This is a permanent role.
