Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

* Degree, HND or HNC in Architectural Technology

* Significant post qualification experience

* Industrial and Commercial experience is essential

* Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations

* Able to run projects from start to completion

* Manage and support a team

* Create excellent technical designs

* Positive and driven approach to work

* Able to manage deadlines

* Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit

* Live within a commutable distance of Birmingham
