Senior Architectural Technologist

Our client, a growing architectural practice based in Worthing, is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team. The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will be working for a company that specializes in the design and delivery of a variety of projects predominantly within the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. The role will mainly comprise working on various high-rise schemes across the South and London, primarily working on Stages 4/5 but also having the opportunity to run projects.

Residential experience would be highly advantageous as our client has a large portfolio and pipeline of exciting projects. Our client primarily uses Revit, so experience with the software is required. The successful Architectural Technologist will have the opportunity to develop their career in a busy, thriving atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on large scale, complex projects
• Liaise with clients
• Produce technical details and drawings
• Work across projects at all RIBA stages
• Develop project briefs and work on these as the project progresses
• Visit sites and produce various reports
• Use Revit to produce high-quality drawings

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' relevant UK experience
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
• Residential experience is highly advantageous
• Strong technical ability
• Live within a commutable distance of Worthing
• Ability to help and mentor colleagues
• Proficient in Revit
