Senior Architectural Technologist

Stevenage, Hertfordshire

£35,000 - £40,000 + Progression + Development + Discretionary Bonus

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a friendly close-knit team where you will work on a variety of interesting projects and play a key role in the growth of the company, with a long-term scope to progress your career up to ownership level.

This company is an expanding Architectural Consultancy that works closely with housebuilders and developers to produce drawings for large housing developments (anywhere between 40 - 300 units). They are currently looking to boost their growth to take advantage of the growing market and are looking for an additional Technologist to join their team.

In this role, you will focus primarily on drawing and managing junior members of the team to meet deadlines and develop client relations. You will support them in their development while ensuring client satisfaction. This company has a fantastic reputation for looking after their staff and rewarding them for their hard work.

This is a varied and challenging role which would ideally suit an Architectural Technologist with experience producing drawings for large construction projects and looking to develop their career within a forward-thinking, growing company. It is a role where your hard work and technical knowledge will be recognized and valued, with the discretionary bonus reflecting that.

The Person:

• Able to use AutoCAD
• Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a related role
• CSCS Card
• Involved in large construction projects
• Able to work independently
• Commutable to Stevenage
