Our client, a growing multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Sheffield, is actively looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to collaborate with a range of talented consultants. You will have the chance to get involved in projects including small to large scale extensions, refurbishments, and conversions, working within various sectors including commercial, educational, and residential. Our client is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist with strong experience from RIBA Stages 3-7. Our client uses a mixture of Revit and AutoCAD; therefore, an ability to use this software is highly advantageous, with examples shown in a portfolio to showcase your expertise.

Senior Architectural Technologist Job Overview

1. Work on an exciting range of multi-million pound projects within the commercial, educational, and residential sectors

Senior Architectural Technologist Job Requirements

1. Live within a commutable distance of Sheffield
2. Strong experience from RIBA Stages 3-7
3. Experience managing a small team (advantageous)
4. Commercial projects experience (advantageous)
5. Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD with professional experience
6. Full UK driving license
7. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, other professionals, and clients
8. Ability to take initiative, to work independently and within a team
9. Good knowledge of UK building regulations
10. Highly motivated and confident
