Key Responsibilities:

1. Substantial re-cladding and residential projects.
2. Influence and strengthen all aspects of technical delivery within the team.
3. Progression to a management role is encouraged.
4. 10 years post-qualification experience.
5. Experience in substantial re-cladding and residential projects is advantageous.
6. Proficiency in Revit.
7. Various sector experience working on multi-million pound projects.
8. Strong technical background working on large scale residential projects.
9. Knowledge of Scottish building standards.
