Senior Architectural Technologist

Our client, a well-established architectural company, is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team in Perth. The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects within the high-end residential, hotel, and commercial sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist with a few years' industry experience to join a growing team with a pipeline of exciting projects. Our client uses ArchiCAD software within the office, so experience of using this would be advantageous, however not essential. The successful Architectural Senior Technologist should have excellent technical ability and should be able to provide a high-quality portfolio.

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Overview

1. Work across all RIBA stages on a variety of residential, high-end and commercial projects
2. Liaising with surveyors & stakeholders
3. Participate in meetings with external consultants / clients
4. Go to site visit/meetings
5. Mentor Junior members of staff
6. Produce solutions to any problems that occur during construction
7. Produce high-quality drawings on ArchiCAD software
8. Produce tender packages, complete surveys on site and producing planning applications

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Requirements

1. Relevant qualification (Ba/Bsc or HND/HNC)
2. Excellent technical ability
3. Live within a commutable distance to Perth
4. 5 years' + experience as an Architectural Technician / Technologist
5. Hard working & motivated
6. Able to work well within a team
7. Contract administration experience (advantageous)

Competitive salary (£40,000 - £48,000 DOE)
