Senior Architectural Technologist

We are currently representing an award-winning Architectural Practice based in Nottingham that is actively seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to develop their career within a well-established, talented team with an exciting pipeline of work.

Our client specialises within the Commercial and Leisure sectors, but also covers a wider array of projects. Projects that the successful Senior Architectural Technologist will be involved in will range from small to large scale, with values up to £30 million. Key responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing and reviewing architectural drawings
2. Creating high-quality technical drawing packages
3. Working closely with clients
4. Leading a project team
5. Ensuring projects are completed to a high standard
6. Using Revit on a daily basis
7. Mentoring junior members of the team
8. Attending site meetings

The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will be expected to have excellent Revit skills and be a progressive individual. Additional requirements include:

1. Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and modern construction
2. Experience running projects (highly advantageous)
3. Minimum 5 years' professional experience within a relevant role
4. Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
5. Professional experience with Revit (essential)
6. Live within a commutable distance of Nottingham
