Our client is seeking a talented Senior Architectural Technologist to join their established Architecture and Interior design practice based in Lewes. The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will collaborate with a team working on a variety of small to large scale projects within the hospitality and residential sectors. Hospitality experience is an advantage, but experience in other sectors can also be considered.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Senior Architectural Technologist to join an employee-focused company that offers great career progression opportunities. Our client uses Vectorworks on a day-to-day basis; however, they are happy to consider candidates who have used AutoCAD and Revit. The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will mentor and review colleagues' work, as well as take initiative within projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Occasional site visits
• Work on a range of projects from small scale £1 Million projects to large scale £250 Million projects
• Design and work on projects within a variety of sectors
• Develop planning applications and construction detailing
• Coordinate tender and construction design packages
• Provide technical advice for user/site specifications when required
• Work as part of a small design/technical team

Minimum Requirements:

• Based within a commutable distance of Lewes
• 5+ years relevant architectural experience
• Excellent technical standards
• Previous experience in hotel projects is an advantage
• Motivated individual with the ability to work well as part of a design/technical team
