Known for investing in its people, the company offers structured training, professional development, and clear progression to Partner and Senior Partner levels. Due to continued growth, they're now seeking an Architectural Technologist to join the Kettering team.

This role will be mostly office-based, with some WFH and site travel. You will work both independently & collaboratively on projects ranging in value from £6m-£70m across all the sectors mentioned.

The Role:

1. Work on mid-to-large-scale projects (£6m-£70m) across multiple sectors
2. Lead technical project delivery, ensuring high standards and compliance
3. Collaborate with a supportive team in a dynamic and social environment
4. Hybrid available & flexible working hours (start between 7:30 AM - 10 AM, finish between 4:30 PM - 6 PM)

The Person:

1. Relevant Qualification (Bachelor's, HNC, or equivalent)
2. Strong technical experience and ability to run projects independently
3. Experience using REVIT
4. Ambitious and eager to grow within a company that values long-term progression
