Senior Architectural Technologist

We are currently representing a well-renowned architectural practice based in the Manchester area, who are actively seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a privately owned company with nearly 90 staff spread across three offices in the UK.

Our client is ideally looking for a highly motivated Senior Architectural Technologist with around 5 years of post-qualification experience. The role requires working within the company's industrial sector, therefore previous experience in this sector would be highly advantageous. Projects will include industrial units, commercial parks, as well as retail and transport developments. On a daily basis, the Senior Architectural Technologist will be responsible for working directly with clients and contractors, managing projects from inception through to completion on site, assisting other team members, and ensuring that all projects meet deadlines and design requirements. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required, so an excellent working knowledge of these software packages is advantageous.

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Overview:

• Manage industrial projects from feasibility through to completion on site
• Oversee and support other team members as required
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet design requirements
• Work on various industrial projects including energy, waste, manufacturing, and distribution centres

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Requirements:

• Experience within the industrial sector
• Client-facing experience
• Strong technical knowledge and project delivery expertise
• Experience across all or most RIBA stages
• Ability to manage a small team
• Expertise in AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Work from the office 100% of the time, with occasional flexibility as agreed
• Flexible working hours, ensuring a reliable 7.5-hour working routine

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Remuneration:

• Salary Expectations: 40,000 to 55,000 DOE
• 5,000 car allowance (subject to position)
