Senior Architectural Technologist

Salary: £38-45,000 DOE

An award-winning architecture studio, renowned for designing exquisite high-end residential and bespoke commercial projects, is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic and collaborative team. With a reputation for meticulous attention to detail, contemporary elegance, and seamless integration of architecture within its surroundings, this studio offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced technologist to contribute to beautifully crafted projects.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Work across all RIBA work stages, from design development to completion
• Produce detailed technical drawings and construction documentation using AutoCAD & SketchUp
• Ensure projects meet UK Building Regulations and technical standards
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
• Assist with planning applications, tender documentation, and on-site coordination
• Maintain high-quality detailing standards and problem-solve technical challenges

The Ideal Candidate:

• A Senior Architectural Technologist with proven experience delivering projects
• Strong technical and detailing skills with a keen eye for precision
• Thorough knowledge of UK Building Regulations and site experience
• Ability to manage projects both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential
