Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

1. Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and adhere to the latest building regulations.
2. Prepare construction documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
3. Review contractor submissions to ensure design intent is followed during construction.
4. Participate in client meetings and provide technical advice.
5. Assist in site inspections and managing technical aspects of projects.
6. Contribute to the practice's efforts in delivering sustainable and energy-efficient buildings.
7. Proven experience as an Architectural Technician, with excellent skills in AutoCAD.
8. In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods.
9. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with excellent attention to detail.
10. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with clients and contractors.
11. The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
12. A desire to contribute to the development of innovative, sustainable designs.
13. Experience in delivering projects from concept through to completion.
