Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established architectural practice who provide award-winning design services to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced and talented Senior Architectural Technician to join their expanding team in their Peterborough offices.

To be successful in applying for the role of Senior Architectural Technician, you will need to have strong UK-based post-qualification experience as well as proficiency with AutoCAD. The successful candidate will need a successful background within the residential sector, as well as strong experience of job running. The successful individual's application will be bolstered if they possess relevant experience within the commercial sector.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities:

1. Strong post-qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
2. Relevant degree within Architectural design
3. Proficient with AutoCAD
4. Background leading on projects within the residential sector
5. Some commercial project experience would be beneficial
6. Strong technical drawing and detailing skills
7. Experience of job running
8. Excellent communication and organisational skills
9. Live within a commutable distance to the Peterborough area
