Senior Architectural Technician

Our client is a building contractor that specializes in delivering bespoke residential new builds, extensions, and refurbishments, working closely with developers and private clients to create exceptional homes.

They are looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to join their small but established team based in West Lancashire.

This office-based role will involve various responsibilities to ensure successful delivery of complex residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertaking production, review and approval of site layouts, house type working drawings and construction detail.
• Planning and Building Regulation applications.
• Appointment of external consultants.
• Dealing with site queries.
• Attending meetings where required.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in the private, residential new build sector.
• AutoCAD proficiency.
• Ability to review technical reports.
• Ability to identify cost-effective solutions.
• Strong knowledge of current building regulations.
