Senior Architectural Technician job now available working with a close-knit team based in its London office. The role would see you take a lead role in the later stages of public and residential projects. The role offers benefits such as hybrid working.

With a growing portfolio that includes several residential projects and an exciting public project in London, they are now looking to expand their team. They are seeking a Senior Architectural Technician with outstanding Revit skills and proven experience in project delivery to join their dynamic team.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Production of technical detailing drawings
2. Responsibility for the delivery of projects
3. Co-ordinate with external consultants
4. Complete site inspections, manage on site procedures and liaise with contractors
5. Work through RIBA stages 4-7
6. Visiting and onsite involvement.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Revit skills are essential
2. Ideally 4 years' relevant post qualification experience
3. Experience working on multi-unit projects in London
4. Proven experience in RIBA stages 4-7 is essential
5. Technical design and detailing skills using 3D BIM
6. Experience with contract administration and on-site management
7. Outstanding communication skills with ability to liaise effectively with team members
8. Excellent English, both written and verbal
9. Eligibility to work in the UK.
