Salary: £36,000 - £42,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing architectural practice who provide specialist design services to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced and talented Senior Architectural Technician to hit the ground running for their team based in Farnborough.

To be successful in applying for the role of Senior Architectural Technician, you will need:

1. Good experience as a technician.
2. Proficiency with Revit.
3. A background working on the planning stages of residential projects.
4. Strong experience producing planning reports along with design and access statements.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

1. Relevant degree within architectural design.
2. Proficient with Revit.
3. Good experience as an Architectural Technician for a UK practice.
4. Experience working on projects within the residential sector.
5. Experience working across RIBA stages 0-3.
6. Experience producing planning reports, design and access statements.
7. Good knowledge of UK building regulations.
8. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
9. Strong attention to detail.
10. Full UK Driver's License.
