They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to take the lead on their numerous residential projects for their team in Birmingham.

To be successful in applying for the role of Senior Architectural Technician, you will need strong relevant post-qualification experience within a UK practice as an Architectural Technician, with proficiency in AutoCAD software. The successful candidate will need to boast strong detailing and design skills and have a background in working on residential projects from RIBA stages 4 onwards.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities for the Role of Senior Architectural Technician:

• Relevant degree within Architecture
• Strong post-qualification experience as a Technician with a UK practice
• Experience working on projects within the residential sector
• Post RIBA stage 4 working experience is essential
• Experience with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience working alongside clients, contractors, and other consultants
• Good knowledge of UK building codes and regulations
• Job running experience
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Live within a commutable distance to Birmingham
