Job Description:

Location: Home-based with occasional site visits and one day a week in Manchester or Birchwood.

Contract Type: 1 year contract, inside IR35 via Umbrella.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior AutoCAD Technician to join our dynamic team and contribute to high-impact large-scale refurbishment projects.

About the Role:

As a Senior AutoCAD Technician, you will play a key role in supporting our workload over the next year. This role involves:

1. Technical Detailing: Producing detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD, with occasional use of Revit.
2. Project Involvement: Working on large-scale refurbishment projects, ensuring high standards of accuracy and compliance.
3. Collaboration: Engaging with project teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Key Requirements:

1. Extensive Experience: Over 10 years of technical experience in AutoCAD, with a strong portfolio of large-scale refurbishment projects.
2. UK National: Due to security requirements, you must be a UK national.
3. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD are essential. Proficiency in Revit is a plus but not mandatory.
4. Attention to Detail: Ability to produce high-quality technical drawings and documentation.
5. Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed and adapt to a flexible working arrangement.
