Location: London
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

Eden Brown is delighted to be working with a leading UK-based architectural practice, seeking an accomplished Senior Architect, to grow into Associate Architect to join their team. This is a rare opportunity for a talented and experienced individual to take on a pivotal role in delivering high-end private residential and hospitality projects.

The Role:

As a Senior Architect, or recently promoted Associate Architect, you will bring a wealth of expertise to a dynamic and growing studio. You will lead projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring excellence in design, technical delivery, and client relations. Your leadership will be crucial in managing teams, fostering business growth, and ensuring the financial success of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and technical delivery of projects across all RIBA stages.
2. Oversee high-end private residential developments, ensuring the highest standards.
3. Manage project budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
4. Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a small-to-medium-sized team.
5. Engage in business development and work-winning activities, including bidding.
6. Conduct project management and contract administration effectively.
7. Ensure compliance with UK Building and Planning Regulations.
8. Maintain strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.

Key Requirements:

1. Must be ARB accredited with a minimum of 10 years' experience from Project Architect level in a UK-based practice.
2. Strong design, technical, and conservation expertise with a keen eye for detail.
3. Hand drawing ability and graphic sensibility.
4. Proven experience working on high-end private residential and hospitality projects.
5. Comprehensive understanding of UK Building and Planning Regulations.
6. Proficiency in Revit is the priority with AutoCAD and NBS software desirable.
7. AABC or RIBA SCA/CA accreditation is desirable, but not essential.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
