We are seeking Senior Architects, an Associate, and a Director to join a growing, international company making waves in the Middle East. AE Recruitment has been working with this client for the past few years; we've successfully grown their Dubai studio, which we're now replicating in London. We're looking for Architects, Senior Architects, and an Associate and a Director who have the experience and gravitas to work on architectural projects on a global scale!

Responsibilities

1. Work with project teams methodically to execute a project, enabling a successful, deliverable, and achievable concept design.
2. Effectively communicate and maintain the original integrity of the design vision throughout the various stages of the project lifecycle to fruition.

Requirements

1. Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Architecture and preferably RIBA qualified.
2. Have the 'right to work' in the UK.
3. Possess a strong portfolio working on international projects, with 10+ years of work experience as a qualified Architect.
4. In-depth understanding of ArchiCAD or Revit software is a MUST.
5. Knowledge of all phases of construction and project completion.
6. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
7. Excellent time management and resource programming.
8. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards of the UAE.
9. Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with ArchiCAD or Revit, Rhino, and SketchUp.
10. Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
11. Visual awareness and an eye for detail.
12. Communication and project management skills.
13. Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills.
14. Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
15. Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.
