Are you a detail-driven Senior Architect with a passion for technical design and project delivery? We're seeking an experienced professional to lead the technical design of a high-profile regeneration project in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic in-house team dedicated to excellence in delivery of residential development.

Our multi-disciplinary team combines architecture, interior design, and construction expertise to create beautiful and expertly crafted design across multiple sectors in Europe. Our London office is working on the delivery of several extraordinary new mixed-use residential-led developments, for several of the UK’s leading housebuilder developers, to create vibrant new communities in the heart of the London's most sought-after locations.

The Role:
You'll play a key role in delivering major urban and residential regeneration schemes in Central London.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the technical design and coordination of a complex mixed-use regeneration project.
• Develop and manage detailed drawing packages from Stage 4 through Stage 6.
• Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and specialist subcontractors to resolve design and site challenges.
• Manage the integration of design development through Stage 3 and Stage 4 for seamless project delivery in advance of Gateway 2.
• Oversee façade detailing, material selection and specification.
• Support technical delivery on-site, managing construction sequencing and reporting to maintain clear communication across the project team.

What We're Looking For:

• ARB or CIAT registered with 7+ years' post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience delivering multi-unit residential projects in the UK.
• Strong expertise in complex façade detailing, shell + core, and whole-building coordination.
• Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in Revit (with experience in Enscape welcome).
• Experience in collaboration and coordinating specialist subcontractors design.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• A passion for technical detailing and delivering exceptional construction quality.
