A unique opportunity for a Senior Architect to join a high-end residential design practice on a contract basis. Work on a one-of-a-kind luxury project in Holland Park, with completion set for July/August 2025.

£55,000 - £80,000 pro rata DOE

Fixed-term or freelance contract until Aug 2025

The Role:

• On-site coordination ensuring high-end finishes meet design intent
• Specifying and sourcing appropriate materials
• Liaising with contractors, consultants, and craftsmen
• Producing detailed drawings and build solutions
• Project management from concept to completion

What You’ll Need:

• RIBA/ARB Part III qualification
• 5+ years’ experience in luxury residential projects in London
• Strong on-site coordination & detailing expertise
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & Microsoft Office
• Ability to start immediately or within a few weeks
