Kettering, Hybrid Available

Known for investing in its people, the company offers structured training, professional development, and clear progression to Partner and Senior Partner levels. Due to continued growth, they're seeking an Architect to join the Kettering team.

This role will be mostly office-based, with some WFH and site travel. You will work both independently & lead junior staff on projects ranging in value from £6m-£70m across all the sectors mentioned.

The Role:

1. Work on mid-to-large-scale projects (£6m-£70m) across multiple sectors
2. Lead technical project delivery, ensuring high standards and compliance
3. Collaborate with a supportive team in a dynamic and social environment
4. Hybrid available & flexible working hours (start between 7:30 AM - 10 AM, finish between 4:30 PM - 6 PM)

The Person:

1. Chartered Architect or on the pathway to becoming chartered
2. Strong technical experience and ability to run projects independently & lead a team
3. Ambitious and eager to grow within a company that values long-term progression
4. Commutable distance from Kettering with a willingness to travel to sites across the Midlands
