With nearly 100 years of experience and multiple offices across the UK, our client has gained an excellent reputation within the industry. The Senior Architect will be exposed to a range of projects, so this is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architect to quickly develop within a consultancy environment. They are offering a starting salary of up to £52,000 in addition to a range of benefits including hybrid working, bonus schemes, generous annual leave, private healthcare, paid training / progression plans and professional fees.

Senior Architect Job Overview

• Work on a range of large-scale projects within Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors, project values up to £10 million.
• Liaise with other professionals and act as Lead Consultant on a wide range of projects.
• Develop project briefs
• Work from inception to completion
• Produce high quality design for a range of exciting projects in a variety of sectors
• Meet with professionals / clients to agree a project brief
• Maintain and form good relationships with colleagues and clients
• Use a mix of Revit and AutoCAD

Senior Architect Job Requirements

• ARB / RIBA Chartered Architect
• Lives within a commutable distance of Billericay
• Strong design, presentational and report writing skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Good knowledge of building regulations
• Driving licence
