Are you a senior Application Support Engineer with strong technical skills combined with mentoring experience?
You could be progressing your career in a hands-on technical leadership role at a Market leading FinTech that provides a highly functional suite of software products to support post-trade processing for clients including most of the financial institutions across the globe.

Your role:
As a Senior Application Support Engineer you will join a small, collaborative team responsible for client support; you'll gain an in-depth understanding of the company's suite of products and own the resolution of 2nd and 3rd line support issues. You'll also dive into production issues and client integration tickets, working with the codebase and releasing your own code and system changes into production.
This is a senior, hands-on role with mentoring and technical leadership responsibilities in collaboration with the Team Lead.
WFH Policy:
You can work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues once a week in the London, City office. Please note there are some varying shift patterns, earliest start 0730, latest finish 1830 and an on-call requirement one in six weeks.
