As our Senior Analyst for CRM & Performance Data, you’ll be a game changer in how we use data to supercharge our campaign strategies and customer experiences. Sitting at the heart of our cross-functional team, you’ll dig deep into customer data to influence, shape, and fine-tune our campaigns. You’ll bring SQL wizardry, with a healthy dash of curiosity and collaboration.

What you’ll get up to:

1. Dive into data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for smarter, more effective CRM campaigns.
2. Run complex SQL queries across large datasets (in databases like Redshift).
3. Track and optimise CRM campaign performance—turning results into meaningful recommendations.
4. Decode customer behaviours using CRM and data models to drive sharper targeting.
5. Collaborate across the CRM team to embed data-first thinking in every strategy.
6. Identify and segment core audiences to launch new strategies that hit the mark.
7. Own test planning and analysis across multichannel campaigns—at scale.

What we’d like to see from you:

1. Experience in a similar role, with knack for collaborative, cross-functional teamwork.
2. Strong SQL skills and experience with databases like Redshift.
3. Solid grasp of CRM and customer data models.
4. Sharp analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into clear insights.
5. Strategic mindset—able to connect data to business goals.
6. Great communicator, comfortable translating complex findings into plain English.
7. Proactive, solutions-focused, and always ready to tackle complex problems and take on a challenge.
