Job description

Senior and Team Lead Analog IC Design Engineer

Are you looking for an opportunity to design innovative analog IPs instead of repeatedly working on the same blocks? Do you want to develop new architectures, work across advanced process nodes, and see your designs on silicon?

We are looking for experienced Analog IC Design Engineers to expand our cutting-edge Data Conversion and Power Conversion IP portfolio. If you thrive on technical challenges and want to work in an environment that embraces automation and next-gen methodologies, this role is for you!

What You Will Be Doing:

  1. Transistor-level design & analysis using a revolutionary methodology.
  2. Technical leadership of analog block/sub-system developments.
  3. Top-down design approach – defining and implementing analog circuits.
  4. Behavioral modeling (Verilog-A) & verification across PVT.
  5. Collaboration with customers to define and build analog subsystems for advanced SoCs.

What We Are Looking For:
  1. Silicon-proven analog design experience – from concept to mass production.
  2. Hands-on approach to circuit design and a drive to embrace new methodologies.
  3. Strong expertise in analog/mixed-signal IPs, including ADCs, DACs, LDOs, and Power ICs.
  4. Experience with Cadence tools, CMOS process nodes, and modeling (VerilogA, Verilog AMS, SystemVerilog).
  5. Programming skills in Python (preferred).
  6. Mentorship experience – coaching and developing junior designers is a plus.

What’s in It for You?
  1. Work on groundbreaking analog IP design automation.
  2. Flexible hybrid working – UK-based, with opportunities in Scotland.
  3. Competitive salary, company share options & bonus schemes.
  4. Private healthcare, pension, life insurance, & professional development support.
