This role will initially focus on Scotch & Soda and Ted Baker, with opportunities to expand to other brands as our Amazon business grows.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Amazon 1P Senior Manager to lead and optimize our fashion brand’s performance on Amazon across the UK + EU. This role will take control of existing 1P business, focus on driving growth, enhancing brand visibility, and maximizing sales performance through strategic vendor management, proven Amazon marketing activities and identifying future growth opportunities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Amazon Platform Management

  • Oversee all aspects of the Amazon 1P relationship, including inventory management, pricing strategy, and catalogue optimization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance product visibility and sales on Amazon Europe.

Market Analysis and Strategy

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities in key European markets.
  • Analyse competitor strategies and customer behaviour to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Content Optimization

  • Work with design teams to develop A++ Content to create compelling product listings that resonate with the target audience. Work with copy (human and AI) to optimise PDPs to max CVR.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for both search engines and customer engagement.

Advertising and Promotions

  • Manage PPC campaigns and advertising initiatives to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
  • Develop promotional strategies that align with seasonal trends and consumer demand.

Performance Monitoring

  • Regularly review sales data, customer feedback, and advertising performance metrics.
  • Adjust strategies based on data insights to continuously improve performance.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure cohesive brand messaging and operational efficiency, including AMZ teams in the US.
  • Liaise with Amazon to address any platform-specific issues or opportunities.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Proven experience in managing, growing and optimising an Amazon 1P account within the fashion industry.

  • Strong understanding of the European e-commerce landscape and consumer behaviour.

  • Expertise in using Amazon tools for analytics, advertising, and content management.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving growth in competitive markets.

  • Fluency in German a plus

PLACE OF WORK

Your primary location will be the ULAC UK Headquarters in East London. We value in-person collaboration, so you’ll be expected to work from the office several times per week. Regular office attendance is key to fostering team interactions and collaboration.
