As we scale our impact, we’re looking for a Senior AI SEO & Organic Growth Strategist to help us transform our SEO strategy and content production using the latest advancements in generative AI.

This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone passionate about the future of content, search, and AI. You’ll lead our efforts to scale high-performing, conversion-focused content using GenAI tools (e.g., Copy.ai, ChatGPT) and optimize it for both traditional SEO and AI-first search experiences (think ChatGPT, Perplexity, and beyond). Your ultimate mission: generate pipeline and increase demo requests through organic and AI-driven discovery.

What challenge awaits you?
Your job will be to:
  • Build and execute a content-led SEO strategy that aligns with business goals and product positioning.
  • Leverage GenAI tools (e.g., Copy.ai, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate high-quality content production and deliver hyper-personalized content experiences across the buyer journey.
  • Optimize content for traditional SEO (Google) and AI-first search (LLMs like ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research and performance tracking to identify content opportunities that drive intent.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with messaging and conversion goals.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs — traffic, rankings, demo requests, and content-driven pipeline.
  • Stay ahead of evolving AI search algorithms and LLM integrations to keep us future-ready.
  • Continuously test and improve content performance through structured experimentation.
You have the following experience and qualities:
Professional experience
  • 3–5+ years of experience in SEO and content marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth through SEO-led content strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI tools like Copy.ai, Jasper, ChatGPT, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of keyword strategy, content architecture, and technical SEO fundamentals.
  • Strong knowledge of how LLMs and AI search interfaces impact content discoverability.
  • Data-driven mindset — comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, etc.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and content QA skills — you know how to make AI-generated content sound human.
  • A strategic thinker who’s equally comfortable getting hands-on with tools and data.
  • High attention to detail, especially when working with AI-generated content and SEO outputs.
  • Curiosity for emerging technologies and how they impact search, content, and customer behavior.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and experimentation is encouraged.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability — you don’t wait to be told what to do.
  • Proactive communicator who brings clarity, ideas, and solutions to the table.
  • Comfortable balancing creativity and structure — blending data-driven insights with storytelling instincts.

Compensation:

Restricted Stock Units or Stock Options are granted depending on a team member’s role, seniority, and location.
