ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to research and commercialization focusing on on-device LLMs/VLMs, adaptive inference, and mobile ML.
- Conduct cutting-edge research and help shape the group's agenda.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and on-site research teams to integrate ML into consumer devices.
- Design innovative ML algorithms that push technological boundaries.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Required
- LLMs experience is required
- VLM or Multimodal experience is beneficial
- Candidates must have experience deploying on-device or optimizing efficiency/computing memory

- Excellent communication skills with proven experience working with stakeholders
