Locum Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer – 3 months + - Remote Working – Full Time – Up to £55 per hour – Midlands

Position: Locum Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer
Organisation: Midlands based Local Authority
Duration: 3 months +
Working Pattern: Full time
Working Arrangement: Remote Working
Hourly Rate: Up to £55 per hour Umbrella

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a Local Authority and can demonstrate knowledge of Adult Social Care matters.

Duties may include:

1. Undertake all aspects of legal work relating to Adult Social Care Legislation, including, but not limited to, Court of Protection, Section 21a, Section 16 and Designation matters
2. Represent the Council in court and may need to conduct advocacy when required
3. Liaise and work collaboratively with other legal representatives
4. Prepare and manage a varied caseload in relation to all aspects of Adult Social Care matters
