Are you an experienced RGN ready to take the lead in a high-impact role? A forward-thinking, well-established provider of complex community care is expanding across South West London — and they're looking for a Senior Adult Nurse Manager to guide their clinical teams and shape outstanding care delivery.

This is more than just a management role. You'll be hands-on in the community, working closely with a small caseload of clients, mentoring Nurse Case Managers, and ensuring the highest standards across every package of care.

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Leading a team of Nurse Case Managers, providing clinical guidance and day-to-day support
  2. Delivering face-to-face care and oversight for a reduced caseload of adults with complex needs
  3. Creating and implementing tailored care plans that put the individual first
  4. Training and mentoring care staff, ensuring top-quality, compassionate care in every home
  5. Acting as the key clinical link between families, carers, community teams, and commissioners
  6. Playing a central role in clinical governance, audits, and service development

What You'll Bring:
  1. Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
  2. A strong background in complex community care
  3. Recent experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care (within the past 2 years)
  4. A collaborative leadership style and a drive to raise standards
  5. Confident communicator with experience working alongside families, CHC teams, and commissioners
  6. Suitable for Band 6/Band 7 nurses with proven team leadership
  7. Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential

What's in it for You?
  1. Competitive salary up to £55,000 depending on experience
  2. 1 day working from home each week for a great work-life balance
  3. 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
  4. Use of pool company car or travel card for community visits
  5. Business mileage paid at £0.45 per mile
  6. Private pension scheme
  7. Company phone and laptop
  8. Excellent learning and development programme to support your continued growth

If you're a confident, compassionate nurse leader who thrives in the community and is ready to take your career to the next level, this is the role for you.
