Job description

Our client is seeking a Senior / Fund Administrator to join their team and provide comprehensive fund administration services. The role is accountable to the Associate Director and requires professional advice and support across fund structures, ensuring high standards of administration are maintained. The successful candidate will handle a variety of tasks, from report preparation to liaising with investment advisers, asset managers, and attending client meetings.

Job Duties:

  1. Administer a portfolio of fund structures, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  2. Produce periodic reports and analyses for third parties.
  3. Draft and prepare less complex documents, including minutes and resolutions.
  4. Liaise with investment advisers, asset managers, and other professional advisers.
  5. Attend client meetings alongside client directors and managers.
  6. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to CDD procedures at all times.
  7. Accurately record time and ensure narrative is clear on the time recording system.
  8. Meet financial targets set by management.
  9. Undertake any other duties as reasonably required by management.

Job Requirements:

  1. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  2. Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to compliance requirements.
  3. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Ability to work independently and in coordination with others.
  5. Experience in fund administration is desirable but not essential.
