Senior Administrator, Digital Marketing & Content

Our client is looking for a Senior Administrator, Digital Marketing & Content to play a crucial role in creating engaging digital content, managing social media channels, and supporting the development of website content. The role involves working on various digital projects for both internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the enhancement of digital presence and engagement. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop digital skills within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Duties:

1. Collaborate with divisional business development and marketing teams to define social media strategies, target audiences, policies, and performance KPIs.
2. Produce high-quality, engaging content for a range of platforms including social media, websites (including intranet), and other digital media outlets, using various multimedia formats such as static images, text, and videos.
3. Assist in managing and updating content across company websites to ensure information is current and relevant.
4. Ensure all digital content adheres to brand guidelines, industry regulations, and data & privacy policies, and educate divisional teams on best practices.
5. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns for divisional teams.
6. Stay updated with digital content trends, emerging platforms, and algorithm changes to adapt strategies effectively.
7. Work closely with the digital team to provide performance reports, share insights, recommend improvements, and encourage experimentation with new content formats and engagement strategies.
8. Troubleshoot and liaise with developers or suppliers for complex issues related to websites and other digital platforms.
9. Document processes and procedures and perform related administrative tasks accurately and promptly.
10. Adhere to CPD requirements in line with qualification level and client policies.
11. Follow core values and expected behaviours as outlined by senior management.
12. Undertake any other duties as deemed necessary by senior management.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a relevant field, and/or proven work experience in Social Media, Digital Content, or a similar role.
2. Experience in creating impactful stories through photos, videos, and text for various platforms.
3. Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
4. Experience with website content management using CMS platforms like WordPress.
5. Ability to measure content performance and website analytics.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
8. Creative with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
9. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
10. SEO experience is desirable but not essential.
