This Senior Administration role is based within our client's Sheffield city centre office, it's a fully office-based role with tonnes of variety working as part of a lovely team. Our client is looking for an experienced, capable, and confident Senior Administrator who is used to providing administrative support across the business. Our client is looking for a Senior Administrator who can use their initiative and is happy to go the extra mile to ensure tasks are completed on time to an exceptional standard.

This varied Senior Administration role will include the following roles and responsibilities:
  1. Supporting the Office Manager with administrative tasks as directed
  2. Answering the office telephone
  3. Greeting visitors and preparing refreshments
  4. Creating high-quality presentations
  5. Preparing for meetings including ensuring presentations and paperwork are ready
  6. Supporting the team with formatting documents
  7. Supporting with social media including the company Instagram account

We would like to hear from candidates who have the following skills and experience:
  1. Previous experience working within a similar senior Administration role
  2. PA/Secretarial experience would be advantageous
  3. Intermediate level of Office 365 with strong experience using PowerPoint
  4. Excellent level of attention to detail
  5. Ability to work autonomously
  6. Strong problem-solver
  7. Exceptional time management skills
  8. Proactive and able to use own initiative
  9. Interest in social media
  10. Experience working within construction or professional services would be desirable
