This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Cheltenham Integrated Community Teams (ICT) providing a wide range of administrative support functions that are essential to the provision of quality community health for adults in the locality. The successful candidate will join a well-established, knowledgeable administrative team working alongside a range of clinical, professional staff. You will work as part of the Administration Team to ensure the efficient and effective provision of administration services for MDT. The role is extremely varied and requires the ability to deal with a wide range of duties. Supporting the Admin Lead, the successful candidate will contribute to the continuing development of administrative support within this fast-paced environment and support the wider ICT teams.
Applicants should demonstrate an ability to remain calm under pressure and a willingness to undertake and learn new tasks. A range of communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role, as is the ability to manage challenging deadlines.
This role will involve significant manual handling for stock delivery.
