Mantle Services is a pensions ‘Software as a Service (SaaS)’ business with a difference. Our solutions range from Administration to Asset Liability Management, and much more.
Whilst conceived originally to develop solutions for employers in the Group, we have turned our focus to the external market and now number many blue-chip clients amongst our customers. We have designed our modern, contemporary solutions to deliver the outcomes schemes and advisers need now, without the baggage of legacy systems.
Our unique approach to the provision of services has resulted in rapid growth over the last few years. Joining us as a Senior Administration Consultant will give the opportunity to work in an exciting fintech business that will provide challenging and interesting work to allow our staff to build.
We are hiring a Senior Administration Consultant who wants the opportunity to carve out a successful role within an award-winning and growing organisation.
We are looking for candidates who are ambitious and enjoy working with people. You should thrive on solving complex problems and be interested in the financial services/pensions industry and areas affecting it. You will be well organised and proactive, calm under pressure and can communicate effectively (written and verbal).
You will enjoy working in a challenging environment in which you can develop both personally and professionally. You will be a conscientious individual with exceptional attention to detail, with a passion for delivering a quality product to our customers. You will have the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally and work to demanding deadlines and targets.
As a Senior Administration Consultant, you will manage and maintain the administration aspects of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes for the Mantle business.
You will work with the existing team to improve operational efficiency e.g., automation, full use of standard products. We want you to be a champion of change and provide opinions if you have an idea to create more efficiencies.
You will act as the main contact for an agreed list of administrative projects, such as supporting the end-to-end process of scheme installations on Mantle and resolving administrative queries from our clients. You will maintain and develop client relationships, conduct client demonstrations of our software, and build out administrative processes and accompanying documentation.
