Join a brilliant international communications agency actively recruiting for a new Senior Account Manager and Account Director to join its healthcare client services team.

The Company & Role:

The successful candidates can anticipate immersing themselves in diverse campaigns, shaping new creative strategies for healthcare clients and working across prescription and OTC health brands. This position provides a unique chance to collaborate across diverse accounts, therapy areas, and deliverables, ranging from print, digital, campaign strategy, creative campaigns, workshops, messaging, omnichannel marketing/planning and more. The agency provides flexibility based on individual preferences and specialties. With an office in Hampshire and Central London, ideally looking 1 day per week in Hampshire (40 minutes from London).

• Oversees day-to-day account operations, supporting the Senior Account Director.
• Leads projects/campaigns, contributing to strategic discussions, reviewing creative, developing timelines and budgets, and driving projects through the agency.
• Understand the client's business and brief.
• Fosters daily client relationships, identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on healthcare advertising.
• Experience in healthcare advertising, preferably with exposure to both UK and European/global campaigns.
• Possesses strong communication skills and rapport-building with clients.
• Works independently, highly organized, and calm under pressure.
• Demonstrates curiosity and inquisitiveness, with a passion for creativity.
• Exhibits commercial acumen to develop budgets and timelines.
• Is a team player, collaborating effectively with planning, creative, and production.
• Familiarity with ABPI regulations.
• Located commutable to Hampshire 1 day per week (it's easily commutable from most parts of London!).
